THE ART OF LETTING GO: URBAN DAYLONG RETREAT

AUGUST 15, 2026 @ 1-6P • HAUM MISSION • SAN FRANCISCO
<< REGISTRATION OPEN >>

This August, Haum Mission is opening its doors for a full afternoon dedicated to one of the most profound acts of courage available to us: The Art of Letting Go. Join me for five hours of deep practice in the heart of the city. We’ll move through a carefully crafted arc designed to guide you into the art of letting go - physically, emotionally and energetically. Each element of the day builds on the last: breathwork, mindful movement, dharma conversation, meditation and restorative sound healing.

This immersive experience draws on the timeless teachings of Buddhist mindfulness and yogic philosophy. We will not push, force, or perform. We will bravely be with what is and discover what becomes possible when we loosen our grip on life.

What to Expect
• Breathwork to release tension and resistance
• Dynamic and devotional yoga practice
• Dharma talk on clinging, fear and freedom
• Guided journaling for honest self-inquiry
• Meditation to deepen into trustful surrender
• Sound bath with Sound Healing Project to close in deep rest

Who This is For
• You are carrying something in your life - stress, grief, uncertainty, emotional weight - and you're ready to set some of it down
• You have been "staying strong" for a long time and are beginning to sense that softness might be the braver choice
• You long for a full day of practice but rarely give yourself permission to take one

All levels welcome. Please bring your yoga mat, reusable water bottle and journal.
