I created Path to Peace at the end of 2020 in response to what I sensed was a collective desire to connect deeply - to ourselves, to each other, to something beyond. After a year hiatus, it feels like the right time to come back and discover a more peaceful way of being, together.

The theme for the next iteration of Path to Peace is a Journey Through The Elements. In this 5-day morning series, we will gather for 30-minute sessions that include movement, breathwork and meditation to regulate the nervous system and cultivate inner calm. Through the wisdom of the five elements, we’ll explore different qualities of energy and awareness that help bring us back into balance.

This program is a practical and powerful way to realign the body, heart and mind. When we begin the morning with intention, the entire day unfolds differently. I hope you will join us.

HOW MUCH DOES THIS COST?
Path to Peace is offered on a sliding-scale basis so that everyone who feels called to practice can participate. Please contribute whatever feels accessible for you. All are welcome.
Suggested contribution: $25 – $50 for the full series


FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I need meditation experience?
Not at all. Path to Peace is accessible for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Clear guidance will be offered throughout each session.

What if I can’t attend all five days?
That’s okay! You are welcome to attend as many sessions as you can. Each day offers a complete experience while also building on the journey through the elements. This is a live series designed to support our shared practice. Recordings will not be provided.

What do I need for each session?
Find a quiet spot in your home or wherever you will be practicing. We will begin each session with light movement (mostly seated) followed by breathwork and meditation. A yoga mat/carpeted area and cushion/folded blanket are suggested.

Why meditate in a group?
Starting and maintaining a meditation practice can feel a bit lonely and daunting at times. When we show up for ourselves and each other, we connect to the energy of community and remember that we are not alone.


Path to Peace is a true gift; it is accessible enough each day to be manageable and long enough to feel like I could really quiet my mind and explore meditation in a real way. Yvonne's beautiful, mindful, way of communicating the wisdom of these teachings and of her own experience is powerful and relatable and can only help you feel more peaceful after being in her presence each day. - Andrew B.
