Coming home to yourself means rediscovering what has always been here: the aliveness of your body, the wisdom of your heart, the spaciousness of your mind and your belonging with the entire world.

This 7-day immersion is an invitation for your personal homecoming.
We are returning to one of my favorite retreat centers, Prana del Mar - a secluded ocean-front sanctuary in Todos Santos located on five beautiful acres near the southern tip of the Baja Peninsula.

This intentionally-designed program incorporates twice daily practices - including vinyasa yoga, pranayama, restorative, kundalini, meditation, silent reflection, dharma talks and engaging group discussion. Erica Nguyen, of the Sound Healing Project, will be offering daily healing sound baths to support deep rest and rejuvenation. The sessions are created to be both experiential and educational, as we continuously remember what it means to come home to ourselves.

You will have ample time to relax on your private deck, lounge by the pool, unwind with a massage or walk along the stunning beaches. If you’re up for a little adventure - surfing, horseback riding, kayaking, snorkeling, hiking and excursions into town will be offered. If my past retreats are any indication, you will be surrounded by like-minded human beings and leave with lasting friendships. 

LOCATION
With the Sierra de la Laguna mountains to the east, the Pacific Ocean to the west, and the rugged desert all around, Prana del Mar is nestled in a tranquil valley that provides a natural setting for both relaxation and exploration. This secluded, zen-like property is located off the beaten path between Cabo San Lucas and the artistic community of Todos Santos, offering everything from cultural excursions to quiet moments in nature. You will be treated to stunning sunrises and sunsets, beautiful desert flora and fauna, miles of coastal hiking trails, delicious and nourishing meals, friendly staff to support your stay, and a deep sense of peace and tranquility.

ACCOMMODATIONS
All spacious accommodations have beds with pillow top mattresses and 300 thread count organic sheets, travertine bathrooms with organic bath towels, custom-crafted teak and rattan furniture, expansive views of the ocean and the gardens, personal terrace with chaise lounges.
Double occupancy rooms are located on the second floor and include two queen beds in a shared room, private bathroom, living room/dining area and outdoor balconies. Single occupancy rooms are located on the ground floor and include one king bed, private bathroom, seating area and outdoor patio.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
•  $500 non-refundable deposit reserves your spot. Remaining fees are due no later than February 28.
• If you cancel your reservation before February 28: you will be refunded fees minus your non-refundable deposit
• If you cancel your reservation after February 28: all fees are non-refundable, unless your space can be filled by someone else

Just an incredible experience. Prana del Mar is a magical place that puts you out in nature, fills your belly with delicious food, and fosters kindness and community.
