This intentionally-designed program will lead you on a journey through the body, heart and mind, incorporating twice daily yoga and meditation - including Vinyasa, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Kundalini and Pranayama. The sessions are created to be both experiential and educational, as we continuously open to the full spectrum of aliveness. From the ordinary to the magnificent, we will celebrate life and all that it offers us.

You will have plenty of free time to lounge by the sun-drenched pool, enjoy breathtaking views of the valley from the gardens, unwind with a massage treatment or spend an afternoon at the private spa facility. Our retreat includes a special group cooking class, a guided visit to the stunning hilltop town of Cortona and a celebratory dinner party under the stars on the final evening. Optional excursions to the towns of Montepulciano and Assisi will also be offered for those looking to explore this charming region.

THE PROPERTY
Located 2 hours southeast of Florence, Terzo di Danciano is small medieval hamlet that has been lovingly restored, retaining the unique character of its history while offering the comforts of a graceful country home. Known since Roman times for its breathtaking panoramic position, the property is surrounded by serene and pristine nature.

•  The terraced garden has ancient mulberry and olive trees which are harvested to produce their own cold-pressed olive oil.
•  The swimming pool uses filtered rain water and is surrounded by a sunbathing deck oriented towards the rising sun.
•  The private spa center provides a serene place to unwind and offers a large jacuzzi, hot-stone hamman, infared sauna, cold shower and massage/facial treatments.
•  The elegant bedrooms and living areas are made of natural handcrafted materials decorated with colors that maintain the patina and charm of centuries past.
•  Yoga sessions will be held in the spacious theater, which boasts high ceilings, aged wooden floors, bare stone walls and lovely natural light.

ACCOMMODATIONS
The Main House is a magnificent 16th century construction and has 10 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. The floors, stairs, plasterwork, paint and vaults have all been renovated to preserve the unique character and history. The rooms on the upper floors have stunning views of the surrounding countryside, while the ground room floors have direct access to the terrace and garden.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
•  $500 non-refundable deposit reserves your spot. Remaining fees are due no later than February 25, 2024.
• If you cancel your reservation before February 25: you will be refunded fees minus your non-refundable deposit
• If you cancel your reservation after February 25: all fees are non-refundable, unless your space can be filled by someone else
